The Swan Is Love Outreach Foundation L.T.D. was brought to fruition with unwavering passion and an unparalleled desire to be a light when members of our community are surrounded by darkness.
What started as an initial desire to host a celebratory event transformed into sustained charitable work. Our directors have over 10 years of experience in breast cancer fundraising, culminating in establishing one of the most prominent breast cancer fundraisers on Long Island.
The organization aims to expand beyond breast cancer fundraising to support our community comprehensively, serving as a pillar of hope and love.
